Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford Shine, Eclipse Model

Yesterday’s photo voltaic eclipse proved to be a vogue alternative for Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford.

The mother-daughter duo left The Tonight Present Starring Jimmy Fallon simply in time to see the celestial occasion. Gerber, particularly, appeared excited for the ultra-rare second, toting a pair of blue paper eclipse glasses from Warby Parker. Security first, in any case!

The 2 opted for outfits on the grayscale. Gerber wore a lightweight grey long-sleeve with a charcoal grey midi slip skirt and white open-toed mules. She accessorized with a gold watch and—for a pop of coloration—her eclipse glasses.

Crawford, alternatively, selected to put on all black. (Maybe taking sartorial inspiration from the trail of totality?) She wore a business-like, but female ensemble: a black blazer—cinched on the waist—with a black, flouncy-hem midi skirt, tall leather-based boots, and a coordinating purse. She, like her daughter, stored equipment to a minimal, carrying solely her go-to gold coin necklace.

Whereas each Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford are stars in our eyes, it was thrilling to see the literal stars align yesterday. Clearly they thought so, too.
